The design rules that we are working with are 0.35 micron TLM. The wafer prices for these are in $1500 range.

We don't need 0.25 Micron 4LM/5LM for ASIC business.

Intel and IBM definately have a lead over the Taiwanese on wafer process and i am sure Intel builds wafers cheaper than anyone else.

The obvious is that capacity is exploding and demand will only grow 10-20%. IMHO these are much bigger issues than SEA worries.

Best Regards as always.

Kash.
