Hi Earlie, Thanks for the comments ... another reason why I wish MU would tank soon is that then I could focus on the next, and perhaps greatest, opportunity of this developing bear market ..... MSFT. Not that it's going to zero but I think it's got an excellent shot at $75. I remember way back Fred Hickie said it collapsed 50% in the last real bear market for tech stocks, late '90. Getting back to MU, I bet you're right about GS ... it's just so transparent with them being the underwriter ... have they no pride?? (rhetorical question folks!) regards, Mike
