DLO, Did you hear Schwab's answer to web traffic problems on 10/28 (apparently many customers were unable to access the web site)? New Policy: If you can't access the page due to traffic, just drive to your local Schwab office (which in my case is 140 miles away) where you can stand in line to place the trade and receive the "web trading" commission schedule. Some deal... PS Answer to POW: I am waiting for Bill Gates to break up the Justice Dept.
