ReIts a gloabal village. Wake up and smell the internet. Software being designed overseas with collaboration done via the net, Adult sites being set up in tax free, business friendly countries, Encryption software being designed and sold from overseas. Stop me anytime. I could go on and on.

You did not cite one example of collusion or dumping of products below cost to gain mkt share. This is the crux of the problem w/ the Korean chipmakers. Japan has succeeded in many markets because of unfair practices ; Read: dumping. Fuji is a prime example. Now it appears Korea is doing the same. The only problem with enforcing the laws is difficulty in proving collusion or dumping. This is especially the case in the SEA countries where disclosure laws are not stringent in any sense of the word.
