And besides all good things must end even though we may have a hangover which also comes to an end.

I understand but it doesn't make me happy particularly when Rs control so many state houses and Congress. They have a virtual lock on this country.

I dunno. Seems to me that the issues we are confronting call for some decisive action. The income inequity, that still has not been effectively addressed, is unsustainable. The climate issues continue to mount and I haven't heard HC championing any strategy that might irritate the PTB.. I get that by default any candidate who does not self-identify as a Republican is more acceptable than the alternative. A place holder female, running as a glass ceiling breaker, is not what we need. Obama was elected because the country knew he was what was needed and he has proven to be the right person for the job. Hillary hasn't convinced me yet.
