Gravity Payments CEO might have had other motives in paying all his workers $70K

Looks like the CEO was trying to change the profitability of the company to fend off a lawsuit from his brother who is a partner...

Trying to devalue the company to make it cheaper to buy him out. Of course before announcing the CEO was making $1.1M about 3X the average for a company it's size and profitability.

Looks like the CEO was served two weeks prior to announcing he was increasing workers pay.
