And, then... if the $13/kg is for the niobium, only... that means you'll also have significant additional costs to consider in the materials and processes needed for converting that niobium to ferro-niobium... which you're going to have to do to be able to access the existing high volume market...

So, apples to apples ? That means needing to compare the total cost of producing ferro-niobium to others total cost of ferro-niobium production...

And, "higher purity" in ferro-niobium, will also mean a need to have access to higher quality sources of iron... and processes for making high purity iron from which to make the high purity ferro-niobium.
