No other president would have let that opportunity pass. Don't be a moron. Even Bush the Dim wouldn't have done anything. Reagan certainly wouldn't, he had a very productive relationship with the mullahs. No one who knows anything about the region would have advised anything but staying clear, there was no opportunity. I was following events through stratfor.com at the time. Their analysts know a whole lot more than you do. But, just for grins, what do you think Obama should have done?
