<OFF TOPIC> <AGAIN> <SORRY>

Ratan,

No, I do not think I am a better judge of others than those in the court. In this example though, I may be. Too many times we have witnessed U.S. firms get the short end of the stick and then watch as our pathetic leaders rollover and acquiese to their Japanese counterparts. Doesn't it strike you strange in the least the the market share is the polar opposite for Kodak/Fuji in/out of Japan???? BTW, Kodak has spent heavily on distribution within Japan but there appear to be certain chains that won't carry its products. Hmmmm.. They've also spent considerable $ on litigation; it seems to me they want to be a player. To me and to many others it is obvious, and a court's decision won't change that. The writing is on the wall and you're looking out the window.
