Idiot. That article was written by a POLITICAL scientist. There is nothing remotely considerable as scientific evidence that homosexuality is anything other than a decision someone makes or the environment in which they were raised. The fact that identical twins don't tend to share a sexual preference is very strong scientific evidence that it is not genetic. No matter what some nitwit in Scientic American wrote. I get it. You don't understand basic science. But it is what it is.
