Richard, What's the rights offering for PAG on Dec 29th ? That should drive the price down along with the dividend on the 26th, shouldn't it? I'm looking at getting out with my profits and then back in after the 29th. What do ya think? Peter :o)

Richard, Hope you had a nice vacation from both work and the investment scene. When you do return to this thread I would much appreciate your posting your views on what you think the coming year will give us in the Reit world realizing that Reits have been going up for several uninterupted years now. I would also like to say thank you from all the nice people on this thread. You have given us alot of your time and talent and it is appreciated my all of us. I for one have had a good year with out a lot of the and stress that normally goes with being a winner in this investment game. Many thanks!
