What is the truth in this matter?? in your opinion? in your belief? the maximum amount becuase no one knows for sure the secrets of redmond. For that matter, MS itself probably does not know exatly what it what in its OS. So much accumulated heritage the system is inconsistent and doesn't work together. Re: is simply disabled.... Simply disabled means simply it is not part of the OS. Meaning the OS can work just fine without it.. meaning it is not part of the OS.. meaning MS is lying.. meaning it is not part of the OS.. meaning.., well you should get the point....
