Jim, we are heading out in a few hours but to answer your question, the one company that I admire as the most advanced tech. company in the world is HWP.....but I wouldn't buy it yet. As far as long-term investing(criteria being battered stocks with good long-term prospects), INTC would be the stock that I would buy now and $ cost avg even if it goes to low 60s in Jan. Give them 6-9 months and they will dive competition out. In the networking sector I wouldn't bottom fish ASND, FORE, CS, COMS... but NN looks attractive. Harry can fill you in more on NN during holidays. We are heading to Fl. where it is a whole lot warmer. No need to chop woods down there like you used to do for your fireplace. Be good. Clint
