An Invasion of Refugees-Tens of thousands of Muslim migrants come from conflict zones
.......................................................................................................................................................

And then before you know it, what used to be Cedar-Riverside on the Mississippi is Little Mogadishu and what was Wilmar on the Great Northern Railway is Little Mogadishu and what was Lewiston of the mills is also another Little Mogadishu. And then eventually America becomes one big Mogadishu.

In 1980, Jimmy Carter signed Ted Kennedy’s Refugee Act into law. The Refugee Act used the UN definition of refugee while allowing up to 50,000 refugees to be admitted each year. The number has since increased with 70,000 refugees admitted last year alone. The ceiling for the number of refugees is determined each year. And that determination has a significant impact on the lives of Americans.

Refugee resettlement has long since become a machine bringing together an army of bureaucrats from a number of different offices with religious contractors who act as Volags, short for Voluntary Agencies, providing a pious justification for the colonization of the country while they gorge on taxpayer funds.

The list of Volags includes the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society and the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, but the refugees are rarely of their faith.

The number one language [6] spoken by refugees admitted to the United States last year is Arabic. The third most common language is Somali.

Almost twice as many Somalis as Spanish-speakers were admitted as refugees last year. Minnesota alone has suffered under the weight of over 10,000 Somalis [7] over the last decade. And the number of Somalis more than tripled under Obama, flooding communities and devastating entire areas of the country.

The number of Arabic speakers also drastically increased, going from under 10,000 to nearly 18,000. We took in four Arabic speaking refugees for every Spanish-speaking refugee.

While it might be nice to imagine that persecuted Christians or Yazidis are being taken in from Syria, the vast majority of refugees [8] are Sunni Muslims, the same sect that birthed Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS.

In one month, we took in 437 Sunni Muslims from Syria, 1 Catholic, 47 Christians and 1 Yazidi.

The Volags may invoke the Bible in defense of refugee resettlement, but they are invoking it in the service of the Koran. Whether a cross or a star dangles on the door, inside is the dark crescent of Islam.

Unlike most other forms of immigration, refugee resettlement is the most dangerous and the least likely to be questioned. Its tactic of dumping migrants into communities, which are swiftly forced to adapt to demands for interpreters, social services, welfare and violence, is clothed in the pious garb of religion.

While the government gives religious groups money, they give it moral shielding, and the local people lose their rights, their homes, their money and sometimes their lives. But the attack on Spartanburg has brought attention to the practices of this secretive and deceptive program.

Congressman Gowdy’s letter is an important first step in casting light on its shadowy practices. While many Americans who have lost jobs, homes and loved ones to this terrible tide have come to despair, the lesson of Spartanburg remains with us. A handful of patriots prevailed in South Carolina against superior odds when the cause seemed abandoned and lost, when the armies that should have stood had broken and only a handful of rebels remained from what had once been a great cause.

America was built by handfuls of patriots doing their part in the right place at the right time. We remember the pivotal movements, but we often forget the length of the road to their victories.

All the statistics and information in this article came from one site, Ann Corcoran’s Refugee Resettlement Watch [9].

On July 1st, 2007, Ann debuted her first post, a fact sheet on Refugee Resettlement. Ten days later, she recorded 200 views and commented that, “If the mainstream media won’t touch this issue, won’t investigate it or debate it, guess we will be going around them directly to you.”

Today Ann continues to drive the debate in directions the media doesn’t want. Her work has reached Gowdy’s attention and it has armed thousands of citizen activists with the information that they need to protect their homes, their communities and their country. She is an example of how we can all make a difference by tackling individual issues overlooked by many with thoroughness, clarity and depth.

“It was a little army and a little battle, but it was of mighty portent,” Hoover said of the Spartan Regiment and the Battle of Kings Mountain.

Even if we do not form great armies and fight great battles, we can all be little armies fighting little battles and it may be that we shall one day learn that these little battles were of mighty portent.

America faces battles on many fronts. The greatest of these is the battle for our identity. We fight for our right to be who we are. Who we always were. The mass migration is not immigration, it is colonization. Its goal is to destroy the American system by destroying the American spirit.

When we fight even the little battles for our way of life, we keep that spirit, the spirit of the Spartan Regiment, the spirit of Spartanburg, alive.

  • George W. Bush Bashes Obama on Middle East Policy

  • ................................................................................................................

Sunday, 26 Apr 2015 By Josh Rogin

In a closed-door meeting with Jewish Donors Saturday night, former President George W. Bush delivered his harshest public criticisms to date against his successor on foreign policy, saying that President Barack Obama is being naïve about Iran and the pending nuclear deal and losing the war against the Islamic State.

One attendee at the Republican Jewish Coalition session, held at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas with owner Sheldon Adelson in attendance, transcribed large portions of Bush's remarks. The former president, who rarely ever criticizes Obama in public, at first remarked that the idea of re-entering the political arena was something he didn't want to do.

He then proceeded to explain why Obama, in his view, was placing the U.S. in "retreat" around the world.

He also said Obama was misreading Iran's intentions while relaxing sanctions on Tehran too easily.

According to the attendee's transcription, Bush noted that Iran has a new president, Hassan Rouhani. "He's smooth," Bush said. "And you've got to ask yourself, is there a new policy or did they just change the spokesman?"

Bush said that Obama's plan to lift sanctions on Iran with a promise that they could snap back in place at any time was not plausible. He also said the deal would be bad for American national security in the long term: "You think the Middle East is chaotic now? Imagine what it looks like for our grandchildren. That's how Americans should view the deal."

Bush then went into a detailed criticism of Obama's policies in fighting the Islamic State and dealing with the chaos in Iraq. He called Obama's decision to withdraw all U.S. troops in Iraq at the end of 2011 a "strategic blunder." Bush signed an agreement with the Iraqi government to withdraw those troops, but the idea had been to negotiate a new status of forces agreement to keep U.S. forces there past 2011. The Obama administration tried and failed to negotiate such an agreement.

Bush said he views the rise of the Islamic State as al-Qaida's "second act" and that they may have changed the name but that murdering innocents is still the favored tactic. He defended his own administration's handling of terrorism, noting that the terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who confessed to killing Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, was captured on his watch: "Just remember the guy who slit Danny Pearl's throat is in Gitmo, and now they're doing it on TV."

Obama promised to degrade and destroy Islamic State's forces but then didn't develop a strategy to complete the mission, Bush said. He said that if you have a military goal and you mean it, "you call in your military and say 'What's your plan?' " He indirectly touted his own decision to surge troops to Iran in 2007, by saying, "When the plan wasn't working in Iraq, we changed."

"In order to be an effective president ... when you say something you have to mean it," he said. "You gotta kill 'em."

Bush told several anecdotes about his old friend and rival Russian President Vladimir Putin. Bush recalled that Putin met his dog Barney at the White House and then later, when Bush went to Moscow, Putin showed him his dog and remarked that he was "bigger stronger and faster than Barney." For Bush, that behavior showed him that Putin didn't think in "win-win" terms.

Bush also remarked that Putin was rich, divorced his wife and loves power. Putin's domestic popularity comes from his control of Russian media, according to Bush. "Hell, I'd be popular, too, if I owned NBC news," he said.

Regarding Hillary Clinton, Bush said it will be crucial how she plays her relationship with the press. Also, she will eventually have to choose between running on the Obama administration's policies or running against them. If she defends them, she's admitting failure, he said, but if she doesn't she's blaming the president.

IRS has agreed to monitor churches

    The IRS vs. the Church
    By Daniel John Sobieski

The IRS targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups prior to the 2012 election was an unconscionable abuse of power for which accountability and punishment have been noticeably absent. But this was and is not the only use by the Obama administration of the power to tax to attempt to destroy its political opponents.

The IRS is also involved in targeting what President Obama has called “less than loving” Christians through the mandates of ObamaCare and its attack on the free exercise of religion through the attempted coercion of mandated health insurance coverage This administration’s war on religion is also seen in the monitoring of Christian churches by the IRS in response to a lawsuit filed on December 27, 2012 by the Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF) concerning sermons that are considered by the political left to be political speech by tax-exempt organization in alleged violation of federal law. These sermons, often criticizing ObamaCare’s encroachment on freedom of religion through its mandates among other issues, are considered electioneering by the atheist left.

[ This is the sue and settle technique .... an agency (IRS, EPA whatever) gets an outside group to sue them, the agency agrees to a settlement, and then they say they are legally obligated to do something that Congress would never authorize. ]

The FFRF sought enforcement by the IRS of the 1954 Johnson Amendment which states that tax-exempt groups, including churches, are not allowed to endorse political candidates. But the FFRF stretches that law to interpret churches taking positions from the pulpit in opposition to, say, gay marriage or the ObanaCare mandates on providing contraceptive coverage as support for political candidates, albeit unnamed, that might share that opposition.

In a November 6, 2012 letter to the IRS by the group’s staff attorney, Rebecca Markert, the Wisconsin-based FFRF took particular issue with Bishop Robert Morlino of the Madison Wisconsin Archdiocese, accusing him of sending out an election eve article to parishioners in his diocese stressing the need to vote against candidates endorsing homosexual marriage and abortion even though no candidates were mentioned by name:

The issues identified by the bishop in the November 1st article are generally what distinguish Republican and Democrat social platforms. In Wisconsin, these issues differentiate candidates for federal and state offices, i.e., one candidate for U.S. Senate is anti-abortion and anti-gay marriage, and the other candidate is a lesbian who supports marriage equality and abortion rights. Biushop Morlino’s article, published and distributed just five days before election day, is clearly urging people not to vote for candidates that embrace these positions. Likewise, the paragraph about “religious freedom and freedom of conscience” is a clear reference to the HHS mandate of the incumbent candidate for president, Barack Obama. Though he does not specifically state, “Vote for Romney: or any other specific candidate, it is clear to the reader that Morlino is urging members of his diocese to vote against President Obama and other Democratic candidates in today’s election

Clearly, it is the position of the FFRF that not mentioning a candidate, as “issue ads” by genuinely political groups such as labor unions often do not by name doesn’t matter. A bishop or minister is not allowed under their Constitution cannot preach church doctrine in an election year and ask parishioners to vote accordingly, connecting the dots on their own.

Investor’s Business Daily, in a biting July 31, 2014 editorial ripped apart the FFRF’s faulty logic:

But is the Catholic Church "politicking" when it proclaims its "Fortnight for Freedom" dedicated to opposing ObamaCare's contraceptive mandate and the government's forcing schools and charities it considers an extension of its faith to include it in insurance coverage or face crippling fines?

Are Protestant and evangelical churches "politicking" when they participate in "Pulpit Freedom Sunday" this year on Oct. 5 to encourage congregations to "vote their faith," which they consider to be an exercise of free speech and freedom of religion?

The FFRF says that such events at "rogue churches" have "become an annual occasion for churches to violate the law with impunity." But doesn't the Constitution say that Congress can make no such laws?

The IRS seems to have sided with the FFRF through a settlement of the lawsuit against it, agreeing to silence through monitoring and implied intimidation churches whose religious beliefs are at odds with stated administration policies. In a press release dated August 1, 204, the FFRF announced:

FFRF agreed to voluntarily dismiss its closely-watched federal lawsuit against the IRS after being given evidence that the IRS has authorized procedures and “signature authority” to resume initiating church tax investigations and examinations.

As National Review Online contributing editor Quin Hillyer notes in an August 20, 2015 article, the IRS, as it did in the Tea Party targeting scandal, is refusing to make public any documents or correspondence relating to its acquiescence to the FFFR lawsuit, causing conservative groups Alliance for Defending Freedom and Judicial watch to file Freedom of Information lawsuits:

To fight this combined assault on religious liberty and on government transparency, conservative legal stalwarts Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and Judicial Watch together filed suit April 9 to force release of the IRS documents. ADF asserts that the IRS already has shared the documents with the atheist Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF). Once again, the IRS bends over backwards on behalf of leftists while harassing and ignoring the rights, on multiple levels, of conservative groups or faith communities.

As Investor’s Business Daily noted in its editorial:

Congress can make no laws prohibiting the free exercise of religion. So it's not clear where the IRS gets off doing just that by spying on religious leaders lest they comment on issues and activities by government that are contrary to or impose on their religious consciences. Our country was founded by people fleeing this kind of government-monitored and mandated theology last practiced in the Soviet Union.

Indeed, the Constitution if fact guarantees freedom of religion, not freedom from it. Thomas Jefferson, source for the “separation of church and state” phrase often invoked by liberals, also said

“I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against any form of tyranny over the mind of man”

That should apply to those who speak their mind from the pulpit as well.

Obama Sends 3 Officials to Freddie Gray Funeral, None to NY Cop’s Funeral
    ......................................................................................................................................
    May 8, 2015
    by Warner Todd Huston

You may recall last week that we reported that Obama sent three–count ’em, THREE–White House officials to Baltimore resident Freddie Gray’s funeral. By contrast, this week Obama sent no one to the funeral of the New York police officer brutally shot in the face.

We noted on April 27 that Obama sent three White House officials to Freddie Gray’s funeral.

But this week New York Police officer Brian Moore was laid to rest. How many White House officials attended? You guessed it. None.

But let’s take a look at some of the other notable funerals during Obama’s regime.

Here are the funerals that Obama didn’t bother attending or sending any officials to:

    British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher
    Navy SEAL Sniper Chris Kyle
    Murdered NY officer Brian Moore

Now here are some of the funerals that Obama attended or sent White House representatives to:

    Saudi King Abdullah
    Florida criminal Trayvon Martin
    Missouri criminal Michael Brown
    Maryland criminal Freddie Gray

Maybe there is a pattern here?

Boston Marathon bombing—it had nothing to do with Islam ---says Idiot
    .........................................................................................................

    By Arthur Weinreb -- May 16, 2015
    canadafreepress.com

There are several “laws” such as Godwin’s Law, which postulates the longer a discussion on the Internet goes, the greater the chance that one of the participants will compare someone or something to Hitler or the Nazis increases.

A new and similar law could be called “Ortiz’ Law.” which would hypothesize that the longer a person discusses Islamic terrorism, the more certain it will be that that person will say the act or acts in question have absolutely nothing to do with Islam.

After a federal jury in Boston sentenced Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death, US Attorney Carmen Ortiz made a fairly lengthy statement.. It was inevitable she would say that the terrorist acts committed by Tsarnaev and his brother had nothing to do with Islam or Muslims. And she did not disappoint.

“Make no mistake, the defendant claimed to be acting on behalf of Muslims. This was not a religious crime. And it certainly does not reflect true Muslim beliefs. It was a political crime, designed to intimidate and coerce the United States. Although the defense claimed that the defendant himself was intimidated and coerced by an older brother, the evidence did not bear that out. The defendant was an adult, who came to believe in an ideology of hate. And he expressed those beliefs by killing, maiming and mutilating innocent Americans on Patriot’s Day.”

    What complete and utter nonsense!

What expertise or authority does Ortiz have to conclude what true Muslim beliefs are?

Contrary to what Ortiz is trying to convince the unwashed masses, Tsarnaev’s political ideology is Islam.

Ortiz’ statements are further evidence of the head-in-the-sand approach to Islamic terror than many in the West have.
Unless there is a change to this politically correct way of thinking, there is little doubt radical Islam will win out in the end.

Ortiz’ Law: the more someone talks about terrorist acts committed by Muslims, the greater the likelihood they will eventually say these acts have nothing to do with Islam.

There was an article in the US World Report regarding the orderly behavior of the Japanese citizens and the absence of looting after the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear nightmare .

Social scientists were baffled by the total non-existence of looting and savage behavior in Japan considering the magnitude of this Catastrophe.

They conferred with human study Organizations as well as sociology Experts throughout the United States.

Were Asian-American businesses targeted in the Baltimore riots?

    WEEKLY STANDARD
    weeklystandard.com

When guests at a North Korea Freedom Week dinner in Northern Virginia learned the Korean-American pastor at our table led a Maryland church, they immediately asked about the situation in Baltimore. It was May 1, and National Guard troops had been deployed to the city three days earlier to help quell the unrest sparked by the death of a man in police custody. The pastor let out a deep sigh before responding. A few members of his congregation had lost everything. After working diligently for years building small businesses in a new country, they watched their efforts literally go up in flames as looters trashed their shops and carted off their merchandise.

Chelsea Clinton Reported to Have Acted as Prima Donna at NBC News
    ............................................................................................................................

    By P.J. Gladnick | May 18,

Know your place, peon! You may not approach Chelsea Clinton. If you need to contact her, you can only do so indirectly through a producer. Never face to face which is for ordinary people. Those were the instructions for Chelsea's co-workers at not only NBC News but also at the management consulting firm at McKinsey where she briefly worked. Apparently Chelsea's attitude is so toxic that even dedicated liberals at the Clinton Foundation have split rather than having to deal with Chelsea according to a New York Post report:

At both the management consulting firm and the network, co-workers allegedly were told they couldn’t approach Chelsea.

A source at NBC, where Chelsea was paid $600,000 a year, said, “If someone wanted to talk to Chelsea about something, they had to go through a producer.”

Chelsea, whose underwhelming body of work at NBC caused a Washington Post TV critic to call her one of the most boring people of her era, also seems to have carried this attitude over to the Clinton Foundation, causing a major exodus:

Chelsea Clinton is so unpleasant to colleagues, she’s causing high turnover at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, sources say.

Several top staffers have left the foundation since Chelsea came onBoard as vice chairman in 2011.

“A lot of people left because she was there. A lot of people left because she didn’t want them there,” an insider told me. “She is very difficult.”

Fun Fact: At 35 years of age, Chelsea Clinton is now old enough to fill the shoes of her mother as a candidate should the latter drop out of the presidential race.

Castro's Long Record On Terror, Lawlessness And Killing

    ..................................................................................................................................

    Investors.com ^ | May 29, 2015 | IBD Editorial

President Obama removed Cuba as a state sponsor of terror Friday, forgetting the dictatorship's long record of killing, smuggling and, yes, terror. If this is the new standard, why not just scrap the list entirely?

The lifting of Cuba from the list of nations that support terrorism was a farce that may well come back to the haunt the United States.

After all, the ruling Castro regime that benefits from it in the name of normal relations with the U.S. and new access to World Bank loans is the same regime that once tried the first 9/11, aligning itself with a terrorist group in 1962 to bomb New York subways under department stores on the day after Thanksgiving to ensure maximum casualties. J. Edgar Hoover's FBI foiled it.

That was then. More than fifty years on, the same dictator and his brother have pretty much been told that that was then, and what matters is now.

Taking Cuba off the terror list "reflects our assessment that Cuba meets the statutory criteria for rescission," a State Department spokesman said. "While the United States has significant concerns and disagreements with a wide range of Cuba's policies and actions, these fall outside the criteria relevant to the rescission of a State Sponsor of Terrorism designation."

But even that narrow definition — which by the way only covers refraining from terror for a period of six months — doesn't stand well in the face of facts.

There's zero doubt Cuba has sponsored terror in the past, aligning with urban guerrillas in the hemisphere and leading guerrilla wars in Africa, which it denies was ever terrorism but in any case isn't doing now.

But it's only a change in tactics, not intentions. It remains the same communist "revolutionary" state that rules by terror at home and foments violence abroad. Its methods have simply gotten more subtle and updated.

Just last Feb. 28, Colombian officials nabbed a Cuba-bound Chinese ship, the Dan Da Xia, loaded with illegally concealed weapons perfect for terrorist warfare, including 100 tons of explosives, 2.6 million detonators, 99 projectiles and 3,000 artillery shells.

Colombia's military, which is often at odds with its president, initially stated they believed they were weapons bound for the FARC terrorist group, with which Cuba has had longtime ties. Cuba has been mediating peace talks between FARC and Colombia in Havana.

Colombia's president wants a peace deal for his own legacy purposes, so his government isn't saying much. But it's clear evidence of something wrong and answers are warranted before Cuba is taken off the terrorist list.

Colombia's opposition legislators note that similar shipments have been caught from the Chinese supplier in the past. It's also significant that the Colombia-FARC peace talks have broken down in the past week and FARC's terrorist attacks on Colombia's civilians have resumed. So who is supplying them? If Cuba isn't, then the only possible other supplier is Venezuela — which just happens to be Cuba's satellite.

Terror is a certain kind of state violence, and it's also significant that the Castro regime is known for its killings. Latin American scholar and former CIA analyst Brian Latell published credible research last year pointing to Castro's involvement in the 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy. And there's also recent evidence that the Castro regime still engages in killing opponents.

The mysterious death of Ladies In White dissident Laura Pollan in a Havana hospital a week after she was attacked by a Castroite mob with some sort of poison handkerchief is highly suspicious. Even more suspicious is the mysterious car crash that took the life of Cuban dissident Oswaldo Paya.

A former Cuban bodyguard of Fidel Castro who published an expose this month identifying Castro as a drug dealer suddenly died from a "pulmonary ailment." Is it wrong to think an investigation is warranted before Cuba is cleared of being a terror state?

The problem here is President Obama has lifted the terror designation for reasons of politics, not security.

Too many questions remain unanswered about this odious regime's long history of hostility against the U.S.

If this is what U.S. policy has come to in the wake of restoring relations with one of the world's most terror-prone regimes, the only question remaining is why there is any terror list at all.

‘Ferguson Effect': America’s New Crime Wave Is All Part of the Plan
    .................................................
    breitbart.com

    The Associated Press

    by John Nolte30 May 2015 1364

The Wall Street Journal is calling the dramatic end of America’s two-decade-long drop in crime “ The Ferguson Effect.” Led behind the scenes by President Obama, America’s fraudulent civil rights leaders (Al Sharpton) and the mainstream media (especially CNN), worked together — starting with their lies in Ferguson — to launch hate campaigns against the police.

The result is an empowered criminal element and by extension a horrific increase in murders, shootings, and other violent crimes:

Gun violence is up more than 60% compared with this time last year, according to Baltimore police, with 32 shootings over Memorial Day weekend. May has been the most violent month the city has seen in 15 years.

In Milwaukee, homicides were up 180% … Through April, shootings in St. Louis were up 39%, robberies 43%, and homicides 25%. “Crime is the worst I’ve ever seen it,” said St. Louis Alderman Joe Vacarro at a May 7 City Hall hearing.

Murders in Atlanta were up 32%… Shootings in Chicago had increased 24% and homicides 17%. Shootings and other violent felonies in Los Angeles had spiked by 25%; in New York, murder was up nearly 13%, and gun violence 7%. …

Shooting incidents are up 500% in an East Harlem precinct compared with last year; in a South Central Los Angeles police division, shooting victims are up 100%.

And who are the victims here?

Not just the predominantly poor people who huddle in these cities, these are mostly black people.

For nearly two years in the mid-eighties I lived in the worst parts of Milwaukee’s inner-city. Crime and the fear of crime is by far the worst part of being poor. If you have a place to live, heat, and food, you can deal with not having much money. Living in constant fear, though, of opening your front door, walking to your car, waiting for a bus, or taking the stairs, is a living nightmare.

It’s like living in a Vampire movie. No, really. Unless you’ve experienced it, I know of no other way to describe it. Anything outside of a locked home after dark is filled with an indescribable dread of a very real danger.

And that’s what life is like for everyone. Now imagine being mugged, having your car stolen and your apartment burglarized on top of all that. All of that happened to my wife and I during those two years. We got the hell out. It wasn’t easy but we did. A lot of people don’t.

Sadly, this stunning and unnecessary increase in crime is all part of the Left’s plan. You paralyze the cops with persecution, justify riots and looting, and by extension empower the criminals. The result is city-wide chaos, despair, and hopelessness. The result is victims desperate for someone to blame and even more dependent on a central government. The result is an empowered central government with even more control over the lives of those most in need of empowerment, not dependence.

Keep ‘em down. Keep ‘em angry. Pretend you are their savior not their oppressor, and keep ‘em voting for the very thing destroying them: big government and the Democrats who control it.

This sinister plot is no secret. It’s openly called the Cloward-Piven Strategy.

    The Ferguson Effect isn’t a bug, it’s a feature.

    #BlackLivesMatter?

    Don’t make me laugh.

Black Lives are nothing more than sacrifices to the cause of empowering the elite few who control the levers of Central Government.

    Hillary Clinton's fifteen biggest scandals
    .......................................................................................
    Washington Examiner ^ | 06/13/2015 | Sarah Westwood

Hillary Clinton is set to launch her presidential campaign for the second time Saturday in New York amid a barrage of criticism that has marred her first weeks on the trail.

The Clintons have been no stranger to scandals, some dating back to when Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas. But there are many scandals that originated in Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

The following 15 scandals are just a few to keep in mind as she launches her presidential campaign.

    Boeing bucks

Boeing gave generously to the Clinton Foundation after Hillary Clinton personally intervened on its behalf to secure a lucrative contract with the Russian government.

The secretary of state made what she called a "shameless pitch" to the state-owned Russian carrier Rosavia in October 2009.

A few shady businessmen have raised questions about generous donations to the Clinton Foundation. Hillary's officials cut criticisms out of State Dept. reports

The report raised concerns that investigators had been subjected to "undue influence" from agency officials. WEX TV

Russia struck a multi-billion dollar deal with Boeing in June 2010, after which the aerospace conglomerate cut a $900,000 check to the Clinton Foundation.

    Speaker fees

Bill Clinton doubled the amount of money he earned from speaking engagements funded by foreign entities while his wife served as secretary of state.

The spike in foreign groups that became interested in hosting the former president raised questions as to whether their invitations were made in an effort to curry favor with the secretary of state.

For example, Bill Clinton earned $2.2 million from just six international speeches in 2014, but reportedly made $4.8 million from 13 speeches in foreign countries in 2010

    Uranium One

Hillary Clinton's role in approving a contentious uranium contract emerged in Peter Schweizer's May book Clinton Cash.

In the deal, a state-owned Russian energy agency took over a Canadian company, Uranium One, that controlled such a large stake in America's uranium deposits that the transaction required approval from Hillary Clinton and other cabinet-level officials.

Frank Giustra, a top Clinton Foundation donor and close friend of the former president, served as a financial adviser to Uranium One as the deal unfolded.

The charity failed to disclose other significant donations from individuals and entities involved in the transaction, including the $2.35 million Uranium One chair Ian Telfer funneled to the charity through another foundation under his control.

    Airbrushing IG reports

The State Department's acting inspector general, Harold Geisel, appears to have removed damaging passages from a report before publishing it in February 2013.

References to specific cases in which high-level State officials halted internal investigations and descriptions of the extent and frequency of those interventions appear in several early drafts but were later eliminated, the Washington Examiner reported Tuesday.

The unexplained gaps between the reports call into question Geisel's independence as an interim inspector general.

Among the passages removed was an allegation that diplomatic security staff had covered up the solicitation of prostitutes by Hillary Clinton's security team on official travel and that higher-ups had shielded an official with an alleged history of sexual assault from being investigated for attacking embassy staff.

    Blumenthal's back

Hillary Clinton's reliance on an informal adviser whom she called an "old friend" sparked controversy when her published emails revealed him to be her main source of intelligence in the run-up to Benghazi.

Sidney Blumenthal's brutal campaign against then-Sen. Barack Obama in the 2008 Democratic primary made him an enemy of the administration even after Hillary Clinton was selected to join Obama's cabinet. Her attempts to hire Blumenthal were reportedly nixed by Obama's staff.

Blumenthal's ties to a group of businessmen who were attempting to drum up contracts in the Libya — with the help of the State Department — raise questions about the motives behind the intelligence memos he sent Hillary Clinton.

    Boko Haram

The State Department has ignored a lawsuit over its failure to comply with a FOIA request for records pertaining to a Nigerian businessman.

Gilbert Chagoury, who gave between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, was indicted in the Halliburton bribery scandal in 2010 alongside his brother. Chagoury is reportedly a close friend of Bill Clinton who spent time traveling with the former president through Europe.

Citizens United, a conservative nonprofit, sued the State Department after the agency stonewalled its request for records that would determine whether Hillary Clinton's refusal to place Boko Haram on the terrorist watch list had anything to do with Chagoury's support

    Ambassadors investigated

Patrick Kennedy, the State Department's undersecretary for management, allegedly stopped investigators from looking into whether an ambassador accused of soliciting "sexual favors" from "minor children" had committed a crime on Hillary Clinton's watch, the Washington Examiner reported Thursday.

An inspector general report published late last year concluded the Belgian ambassador had been summoned to Washington for a meeting with Kennedy, where the undersecretary permitted him to return to his post after the ambassador simply denied the charges in an interview.

Kennedy told the inspector general he didn't open a criminal investigation because "solicitation of a prostitute ... was not a crime in the host country."

However, in testimony at the trial of Chelsea Manning more than a year earlier, Kennedy had told defense attorneys that their suggestion of his role in a cover-up of the Belgian ambassador scandal was "entirely false."

    Security struggles

An internal inspector general memo revealed allegations that at least five members of Hillary Clinton's security detail solicited prostitutes in a number of countries while on official travel, including on trips to Russia and Colombia.

A diplomatic security guard was allowed to continue his oversight of Clinton's hotel security operations after allegedly soliciting prostitutes in Moscow "despite obvious counterintelligence questions," the memo said.

According to the document, a top official in the bureau of diplomatic security "reportedly told [an investigator] to shut down the four investigations" into the accused security guards, three of whom received suspensions that lasted just one day.

    Hidden Iran waivers

The State Department has denied the existence of waivers granted to certain companies that would allow them to conduct business in Iran despite international sanctions against doing so.

But the waivers have surfaced in a number of reports, including Schweizer's book and an article earlier this month by the Washington Times.

Agency officials claimed they had searched 11 different offices within the State Department and had failed to turn up any documents related to the Iran waivers.

Sweden was among the countries working to convince Hillary Clinton not to impose harsh sanctions against Iran ahead of high-stakes nuclear negotiations.

Meanwhile, Bill Clinton established a separate arm of the Clinton Foundation in Sweden just as his wife was shoring up support for sanctions against Iran, the Times reported.

When the U.S. government released the sanctions list in 2011 and 2012, it included no Swedish companies.

    Norway's new embassy

The government of Norway donated between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation and was seemingly rewarded when the State Department shelled out $177.9 million for a new embassy in Oslo in 2011.

The agency forged ahead with plans to build the complex over the objections of diplomatic officials in Norway, who suggested the money be spent to strengthen embassies and consulates in countries that faced a higher terror risk.

A leaked diplomatic cable sent to Hillary Clinton in July 2009 shows plans for the embassy project, which were developed before she arrived at the agency, had been pushed from 2011 to 2020 to free up funding.

The cable mentions Patrick Kennedy, State's undersecretary for management, as a major force in pushing the embassy project forward.

    Huma's side gigs

Huma Abedin, a longtime aide and present campaign staffer for Hillary Clinton, somehow managed to secure a rare designation as a special government employee in 2012, which allowed her to collect paychecks from Teneo Strategies and the Clinton Foundation, even as she received the $135,000 salary she drew from taxpayers as Hillary's deputy chief of staff.

Teneo Strategies is a controversial consulting firm founded by a close personal friend of Bill Clinton's. The former president served as a paid adviser to the company.

Abedin reportedly housed her communications on the same private server that shielded Hillary Clinton's records from the public during that same time period.

The State Department inspector general launched an investigation into Abedin's employment status in April.

    Charity, Clinton-style

A charity watchdog claimed the Clinton Foundation tried to "strong-arm" its employees after the group placed the foundation on a watch list for philanthropies with potential problems.

The watchdog group claimed Hillary Clinton's family charity had an "atypical business model" that required further review. The Clinton Foundation will stay on the list for a minimum of six months.

The group said staffers at the Clinton Foundation attempted to receive special treatment when they learned the massive philanthropy was about to be placed on the list.

    Filling up at Chevron

Chevron Corporation had been embroiled in a legal battle over allegations that it polluted a stretch of Ecuador's rainforest with toxic waste for years before Hillary Clinton joined the State Department.

But the oil conglomerate, which stood to lose billions of dollars from the lawsuit, funneled generous donations to the Clinton Foundation and a political pet project of Hillary Clinton's while it lobbied the State Department to intervene in the case on its behalf.

Chevron executives have participated in Clinton Global Initiative events that placed them on the stage with Clinton insiders such as George Stephanopoulos.

Chevron's CEO even made a personal appeal to Hillary Clinton at a State Department dinner in 2012.

The company's chief executive "took the opportunity to express our concerns about developments in the Chevron Ecuador litigation" to Hillary Clinton at the banquet, emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act show.

While a Chevron spokesperson denied a link between the donations and the environmental lawsuit, the corporation scored a major victory in the case last year when a Clinton-appointed judge in New York blocked the enforcement of a multi-billion dollar ruling against the oil company in the U.S.

    Congo cash

As a New York senator, Hillary Clinton championed a law that would have cracked down on the illicit mineral trade in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. However, as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton seemingly flouted that law in favor of foundation donors that had financial stakes in the mineral industry.

The head of a Canadian company with an enormous interest in the Congo's mining and oil sector, Lukas Lundin of Lundin Mining, announced a $100 million donation to the Clinton Foundation on the heels of Clinton's first presidential campaign, according to Schweizer.

After the Congolese government attempted to regain control of its own mines, the State Department intervened on behalf of Lundin Mining and another mining company, Freeport, that also happened to be a foundation donor.

A round of talks in 2010, thought to be aided by the Clinton State Department, concluded with the pair of well-connected companies retaining their stakes in the mines and with the Congolese government being shut out of its own resources.

    Pulling a Belfast one

Hillary Clinton's final official trip as secretary of state highlighted conflicts of interest between her diplomatic post, the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Strategies.

The former secretary of state traveled to Belfast to claim an award from a major foundation donor at an event that was promoted by Teneo, the Washington Examiner reported last month.

Bill Clinton once served as a paid adviser to Teneo, which was co-founded by one of his top former aides.

The trip raised questions about whether Abedin, as the aide in charge of arranging the secretary's schedule, steered Hillary Clinton to the event in a move that would have undoubtedly benefited her other employer, Teneo.

THE PULITZER PRIZE-WINNING STORIES ARE PILING UP--READY FOR THE TAKING: (1) Hillary's State Dept uses classified intel in exchange for honoraria, fondation, donations, business deals.

    (2) COLLUSION Bill gets foundation donations through State Dept action OR inaction.

    (5) Teneo laundry--employed Bill, Huma Abedin, etc etc etc

    (6) Obama foundations' cut of Clinton deals (CLUE: Clinton Foundation donates to Obama Foundation "for the children")

    (7) State Dept foreign aid tax dollars funneled back as foundation donations (see Cameroon Baptist Church's $10 million donation)

    (8) $6 billion found missing from Hillary's State Dept when she exited.

    (9) Hillary gave Haiti billions; brother gets gold-mining license.

    (10) Clintons' multiple hidden buck-raking entities (Bill just unveiled The Clinton America Foundation).

    (11) Hillary hand-picks recipients of State Dept awards in exchange for foundation donations.

    (12) Bill goes to Kazkhstan; Hillary approves Russian takeover of US uranium mines

    (13) Clinton/Giustra Canada foundation hides donors.

    (14) Clinton's Swedish entity hides donors.

    (15) Clintons get rich on tolerance and compassion, w/ an occasional good deed.

Al Sharpton Confronted About White NAACP Member Rachel Dolezal – And His Response is Just Too Good

    ..........................................................................................................................................
    By Michael Hausam
    ijreview.com

By now, almost everyone in North America knows the story of Rachel Dolezal, the NAACP’s official response, and the things she did in the past that should’ve tipped folks off to her secret.

But, what does Al Sharpton think about it? Thanks to TMZ and Mediaite, now we know.

Here are Sharpton’s comments, put into bullet points for the sake of easy reference:

    • “I think that, one, it’s not about her race.”
    • “There are whites in all of our organizations and there are whites that died in the Civil Rights movement.”
    • “I think the question they want to deal with is her honesty; you have to be transparent.”
    • “But it’s not about whether or not she’s white or black, it’s about are you going to be honest and I think that’s the only question but her race is really irrelevant.”
Let’s put aside that Sharpton, who could hypothetically be in hot water with the IRS for tax evasion, lectured Ms. Dolezal about “transparency.” Or that the man known for his involvement with the Tawana Brawley hoax tells Dolezal about “honesty.” It’s irrelevant whether or not an NAACP leader is black or white?

“The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People”?

The civil rights leader also offered some deeper-level criticism and it had to do with Dolezal’s parents’ involvement in outing her:

You gotta to ask yourself, why would your mother and father after all this time come out? And what is that all about?

At one level you gotta say to her, were you misleading us? But another level, mom and dad, come on! Are you really going to do this to your kid? Are we going to have this kind of dysfunctional family stuff play out and distract us from real civil rights causes? Come on dad. Come on mom. Be the adults here.

And you’ve got to ask the question, what is mom and dad’s motive here? I mean, y’all just noticed she was in the NAACP? Where you been, mom and dad?

CNN recently reported that the term ‘transracial’ is now trending on social media.
