There is a good profit margin if sold to a group such as Houthi rebels or a larger force such as Hezbollah. Very effective at discouraging Saudi or Egypt from getting involved and in ten years the market could be much bigger.

This is too stupid to bother with. Suicidal fundamentalists have a way of not rising very far in a power structure. It is the downside of being suicidal. Their "use by" label tends to be short term.
