You saw this in Watts, eh? It would appear that RMIL has perhaps found another upscale crowd to which they can sell.

Watched CBS news tonight..Had story regarding blackmarket cigarettes.. The camera panned on a local store selling these blackmarket cigs.. low and behold there in front of the store was a truck with Rocky Mountain spring water on the side..The trucked looked brand new..Believe the store was located in the Watts section..
