Khan: You might recall that I stated last week--when the NASDQ dove on Oracle's announcement--that APSG had absolutely nothing to do with the Asian turmoil inspired crisis. Over the last five years, as I'm sure all will recall, we heard a relentless cackle from the Chicken Littles of the inflation paranoid persuasion. Some sane voices, like CNBC's Chief Economist, kept saying humbug,! and if we had anything to fear it was recession. Now, in the wake of the Asian situation, even the inflation fear mongers have fell silent. As I also said, if the broader economic trends effected APSG at all, it might well be a loosening of the engineering shartage as large companies might well be forced to pare back. Even if there is no improvement, APSG has had this problem for quite awhile now, and has still managed to produce steller results. They have the procurement experience--so critical in this field; they have the right strategy--less expensive, off-the-shelf solutions for electronic surveillance that the budget constrained defense Deapartment hungers for. This company just blew away Cpwen's estimates. Notwithstanding this, many of we small fry panic ans sell off the very sort of stock one should be buying when a recession threatens. Good or bad economic times, security concerns continue; and, in fact, if history is any guide, bad economic times are when serious military confrontations are most likely. The need for less expensive electronic survellience is greater now than ever before! Intelligence agencies have been forced by budget considerations to curtail the use of human operatives in many world areanas; yet the threat of teriorism from rogue nations remain the same threat as ever. I believe that this is one of the safest companies to buy into right now. I wouldn't let the fund managers, holding back right now and ready to pounce as the small fry panic in ignorance, get my shares at a fraction of their true worth. best regards
