I'm also watching #21 and refuse to buy until the rules dictate. I've lost out by not following the rules and buying at such levels. Just waiting to get back in after being stopped out previously. Based on personal relationships, I see that the research is accurate and it could be a great opportunity.

Regarding #3, I have held 80% of my shares from buying at the LP back late last year. I sold another 20% of my shares near the close on Friday. Since the price was above the average PT, I took some shares off the table to lock in profits. In the past I have not done this consistently and have regretted. The current price is at the highest target. BTT stated that unless PT are raised, it would warrant selling some. I keep waiting for a PT increase, but I don't see one, as of yet. So I sold some shares. I suspect that if the price keeps moving up, there will be a pull back, but then that is only a guess at this time.

My thoughts for what they are worth.
