School choice so their kids can get better educations and rise from poverty needs to be part of the answer. Border control so unskilled third world illegal immigrants can't come in and take the jobs formerly filled by low skilled Americans. There's two good ideas. Now let's one Democratic one.

The inner cities of today have a multitude of unemployed minorities with no job skills......what is the GOP solution? The same as the CARING liberal democratic solution. Watch them kill each other off and have the networks and newspapers ignore the grim statistics. Then give out free abortion help for 1 - 60 months via Planned Parenthood. (planning to wipe out the Black) It's working.......and you and your ilk only pretend to care...............but you really don't give a sh*t.
