Ramsey: Sure looks like a good buy to me too, but Taiwan is also down nearly 2% in sympathy with the other Asian bloodletting tonight. So if you want to buy ROC, you'll probably pay less for it tomorrow than you would have today. Also, since it is closed-end and trades like a stock, you can buy it and put a stop on it to get out if it starts to tank, not like those open end funds which you can only get out of at the end of the day -- if you can get through on their phone or fax!
