Sorry for the delay to your question. Oracle and any of the stcoks that have class action suits filed against them become an unknown quanity. The class action against Oracle will only serve the purpose of the attorneys. The stockholder, in todays class action
cases, receive between between five to twenty cents on the dollar, the rest is used in court costs, and last but not least, on the
greedy professionals, called attorneys.
This is one reason the government is trying to limit the
number and limitations on attorneys fees. With the large take
limited for attorneys, maybe the stockholder will realize a better settlement.
