Malpractice verdicts are often squirrelly regardless of any complexity. I had never heard of a concierge practice organized this way. The ones I know about have always been individual practitioners trying to hang on to the individual practitioner business model. It's hard to evaluate given the dearth of background but it seemed to me that the targeting was off base. I'm not sure how much this verdict says about the concierge approach.
