A lot of people call it "tunnel vision." That's what is going on with climate science right now. Scientists are not looking at the facts because they're far too busy looking at the perpetrator they want so badly for it to be. As a result, sensible science is likely being overlooked in favor of science that fulfills the financial objective. This is how we do it when we think "inside the box." It is closed-mindedness at its worst.
