Handycap plates help. Slows things down enough to say "may I please show you my ID?" Seriously .. It hurts like hell when they tackle us folks. Most of us, anyway. So we WANT to comply ASAP. I'm a cardiac patient .. "I can't breath" doesn't work as well as before. No matter how true it may be. How likely is it that I'm looking for a fist fight? One guy I know has metal for the left half of his neck bones and regular bone on the right. Sure .. toss him down and stand on his neck. for his medicine. Should have known better.
