"The smell of marijuana" used to be all that was needed. A traffic stop .. trying to purchase medicine in a dispensary. All recently viewed as criminal. I watched a trial where the mother was put in jail for saying the words "medical marijuana" on the stand. Her son had one leg 2 inches shorter than the other .. bone surgeries and whatnot. Failed the turning part of the walk this line. OH and failed the "stand on one foot" part. Mom was asked on the stand what medicine her son uses. She answered the direct question and was immediately sent to jail. There is talk of getting the class action suits going. For the systematic thwarting of the law and voters by the state. At nearly every level. Police, courts, prosecutors. A vast conspiracy .. that is about to get some light directed at it.
