Ian, and biz.yahoo.com shows BRKS as having
a bookvalue of $6.52 (last updated 12/12). Do you have a link
for the 10K?

Ian, I just checked the 10K and also get your book value of $13.35
or close to it for BRKS. (I get 10,052,663 shares issued). Here's a copy...

Common stock, $.01 par value; 21,500,000 shares authorized;
10,052,663 and 7,569,109 shares issued and outstanding, respectively
