Well unless you bought at under .0059(as I did 10 years ago) you lost money- Our only real hope now is that another co decides that buying a co which is showing a profit of $1million for $3million is a steal and ups the ante- I don't know what recourse share holders would have-probably the stock will trade something like .004-.007 so I don't think it would make sense to sell at under .0059 and pay a sales commission when within a few months you should see the buyout price.
I always wondered what would happen if you refuse to sell-probably you would end up owning shares in a non-publicly traded company that theoretically you could never sell unless another co came in and bought the company again. In any case I think the minority shareholders effectively get screwed. I expect all shareholders will get notice of the tender offer and details outlining your options- Anybody who gets it please post-Gerry
Ps in the past there have been some questionable arms-length transactions with this company-I am extremely interested in knowing who the purchasing company is.
