All those people you mention were born and died in the last 200 years. NONE of them presented themselves as religious leaders. There is a fellow though, named John Smith, that presented himself as a religious leader and the religion that he began has GROWN tremendously all in the last 200 years. I believe the followers of that MORMON religion WOULD be willing to DIE rather than renounce it. Not all of them of course, just as only a small percentage of Christians have been willing to die for their religion rather than denounce it, but I think you'd find a pretty decent percentage of Mormons would die for their beliefs.
