lml, Thanks for the link. I do not understand the point of these Class action suits. Each one is for more than IMPX is worth. What do they hope to gain? Think about it, if they gained control of the company what would they do with it? It seems to me that even the lawyers would be better off investing their time/money in IMPX stock than wasting it with their insane suits. What really bugs me is that these stupid Class Action Suits have turned bottom fishing into a dangerous sport, as opposed to the low risk investment strategy it sould be. Slob
