Hiya!! I am still holding ATPX and I am a previous Lunn holder before the conversion and am still holding strong. When will know what additional shares that we as shareholders are going to get. Long on ATPX . Thanks.

Does this assume that their 4th qtr net income will decline from the 3rd qtr result of 1.6 mil? To reach 4 mil they only need 1.2 mil (2.8 mil for 9 mo + 1.2 mil = 4 mil).
