Gersh, the fact is that we don't know what he did to provoke the officers. He may have spit in their faces, kicked them, bit them, and/or made other aggressive and potentially lethal gestures. It happens all the time.

In the video below, watch the story of a murderer who was IN CUSTODY and IN COURT, yet the son-of-a-bit¢h still managed to grab a detective's gun and shoot him in the face at point-blank range, while IN CUSTODY and IN COURT.



Do you feel pity for him and how he looked in the after-images, following his re-capture? I sure as hell don't. I wish the arresting officers would have killed the ba$tard.

Bottom line: I have absolutely NO concern, not even in the slightest, for what happens to criminals before, during, or after being taken into custody. Whatever happens to them, happens to them. To avoid being beaten while in custody, obey the law. If arrested, obey the police officers. It's that simple, otherwise, there will be additional consequences that the criminal will not like. Too bad!
