Whiskey,

Perhaps it is time for someone to take on the federal government. In todays business climate you almost have to be ruthless to stay on top. I agree threatening OEM is a little rough but that happens in a lot of industry everyday. Tell your present electric company to stuff it and turn off your power cause your going to get it from someone else, yeh right good luck. The guy at the top is always getting shot at and if you can't find something wrong then make it up and everyone who needs air time will jump on the wagon. Now you got the federal government telling companies how to write software something else for them to get in on since they know nothing about it either.
MSFT will survive and prosper.
