Potential can only be translated into value if correct yard sticks are used to appraise the future worth (income) of a present asset, or more correctly stated, the present value of future income. The income approact to value is a tried and trusted method of appraising, by all institutions. Of course, there are other tests also. But very definately, future income (must be ascribed to potential income) has present value. Thanks.
