If that is the only way to keep breathing .. the laws don't matter at that moment.

Since "life" was soooo important to the founding fathers, they figured they would build a nation where things like "due process" function.

Police simply don't pick people up and kill them. In the extreme case where they do so, they (the founding fathers) attached the second amendment.

My point .. these killings seriously degrade officer safety. Don't matter how justified you think they are. The public will respond.

Animals who would kill an officer because their drug-induce paranoia makes them believe the officer will kill them, are cold blood-killers -- nothing more, nothing less.
