KZAP,

I am sorry I didn't make my point clear...Yes he is trying to make money, but you don't make money because you friendly neighborhood broker is making money, you are just buying what they have inventory of...that make the house money, and leaves some investors holding the bag. To Mr. Smith and Trader, I really think I would open an account with your broker, she is probably breaking the rules where she is at by messing with these stocks...maybe not, but my hat is off to her. Its about time someone with time and knowledge really find out which stocks to buy.

P.S. I will say this, the best penny gain beats the best big cap gain by a ton, period. (if you think about it, CSMA from .30 to 2.5 is like INTC going from 30 to 250, (ouch if you own alot of INTC)

Here is the current information of the status of the Form 10 filing.
The Form 10 is ready and is currently in final review by the company's attorneys before submittal. The paperwork will be filed shortly.

I believe that January will be the start of a great 1998 calendar year for Coconino. We will start the year with research coverage by M3 along with the drilling of the first gas well which should set the stage for expansion of development opportunities for Coconino Oil & Gas.

I view Coconino as a fast moving company that is still in its infancy. The company is headed by principals who are doers, not promisers. I expect great things out of this company in 1998, and I will probably look back next year at this time and be amazed at what this company has accomplished.
