Yes, for sure it's too bad - in particular for those animals tangled in it - with all that plastic and other man created stuff now "covering" our oceans. Soon we can almost walk on it, right??? :) Now, that said, do you possibly have a link to how many percent of the ocean surface is now affected? Or promille...or possibly pico- or even femto-parts of the oceans covered??? Ted, just so you know, 'pico' is 10 to the -12th vs percent being 10 to the -2. And 'femto' is just 1/1000 x pico or 1 promille of 'pico'. Tough, tough up there in Seattle, yes I know :) /Taro
