Luis Luis Luis,

These guys gotta get the price up above a buck and KEEP IT THERE for in excess of thirty out of the next sixty days, promises of what they may or may not do in the upcoming quarters are very quickly becoming as irrelevant as it gets. In the imminent short term (less than thirty days) if Jack does'nt pull a rabbitt out of his hat this babys headed for the pink sheets. I love this technology as much as anyone, but the facts remains.

A. INSIDERS ARE NOT BUYING. - Jack and other corporate officers simply do not share your confidence in their own ability. If everything were as rosey as you claim they would be stocking up at $.20 on the dollar I know I sure as hell would.

B.THE COMPANY HAS HORRIFIC MARKETING ABILITY.- The internet is now the premier media to cost effectively market themselfs, I have suggested this security to numerous individuals all of which attempted to research the company and most promptly gave up after attempting to find the corporate web page.(The rest gave up after finding the financials) Why should anyone risk their investment dollars on some obscure company that tries their hardest to avoid recognition ? What is CAPRs marketing budget and what has it bought us during the past year. Are their any plans to bring attention the company near term, or is the keep your fingers crossed approach slated for 1998 ?

I know you care about this company more than most people care about an investment as do I, but unfortunately management does'nt share our concerns. You are correct the FAT LADY has'nt sung the blues yet, but the warm up band is leaving the stage. ...Sean

luis, I am not sure if your advice is sound. I think the advice I gave prior to the reverse split that the stock will tank badly after the split was better. You must make a more quatitative case for buying CAPR. When do you expect their sales rate to equal their current capitalization? I don't want to even contemplate the question of when they will be positive cash flow and how much cash they will burn until they get there. These are valid questions, not just great technology.
