I would not sell MSFT short, but it's a better time to sell than it is to buy. BTW, I understand the DOJ is offering a reward for the first 100 million correct solutions to the question of how MSFT could disable/remove IE without rendering the entire machine useless. They expect 200 to 300 million correct answers so the prize is part ownership in a single lottery ticket. That's probably fair value given the degree of difficulty.
