Myth, at least to the extent you portray it as a pervasive problem: "White cop on black men violence is also cultural problem that stems from racial animosity and bigotry."

You'd think people would get tired of being led down this primrose path of calamity.

Typical tejek. No evidence of that, whatsoever.

Far more likely these are over reactions resulting from the desire cops gave to go home alive when their shifts are over.
