To all: Company has released a news at 9:39 EST.

Says it believes in the value of the product while disappointed;

Will work with FDA closely to define a path forwward;

Will discuss the totality of all information, including the radomized trial data and phase IV data.

Let's see what they are going to add during CC tomorrow.

Do you think there is any chance that DEPO will be able to make a case for improved efficiency or some way of counteracting the chemical arachnoiditis? It's terrible trying to figure out what can be salvaged from the DEPO situation while feeling so deeply crushed, but it's what's available to us.
How do you think the ODAC committee was able to spot chemical arachnoiditis and DEPO missed it?
