Okay. I was just curious. In LA you would see similar scenes but it was because with so little rainfall, their storm system is underdeveloped. I thought rainfall might be sparse in Dallas too but apparently not..........just looked it up in wiki and they get 37" per year. Locally heavy rains it is. Thanks.
