Yes Keiko your right...Trinity *has* filed with edgar in the past. The last filing I could find was a 13D/A filing on 12/06/96. I would post the exact URL but I found the filing through a stock program called StockVue and the url wasn't included. Unfortunatly the filing really didn't tell me very much about Trinity's business. It was all about some dealing's it had had with 2 companies called Flambelle Limited and Enviromed plc....Really I wasn't able to make heads or tails of the whole thing. This Stockvue program I used to find the filing *did* list a partial URL but I was unable to find the the first part of it to list the complete url here. Perhaps someone more familiar with the Edgar Site than I can fill in the missing first part of the URL.

I haven't the faintest why my program doesn't list the url in it's entirety.

Keiko-

You may be right about paper filing vs. EDGAR. That does sound familiar, now that you say it. I believe they don't file 10-Q and 10-K forms, but some equivalent for foreign companies. Perhaps a 6-K or 20-F? Are these forms good enough to keep TRIBY listed? I will also call to confirm.

Robert-

The 13-D filings that TRIBY has filed with EDGAR relate to holdings of SLF shares, and are not financial statements. These filings are required by anyone (person or company) who owns a significant chunk of a filing company. They are not by themselves enough to make TRIBY a filing company.
