shad man.....a funny thing just happened,goldman sachs and co. puts micron ON their priority list....why would they do that ??? according to some of SI's expert no it all's dram prices are going to zero ............do they know more than abbey and co....i don't think so,do they spend more time in asia than goldman sach's....i don't think so........

Pat Weber told me TI was acting like a start-up it was changing so fast and more recently their ADSL Director said there was no reason for this recent drop. There were times it deserved it but this wasn't one.

I agree the downside risk is small and even if the stock doesn't fly in the next few months, it will eventually.

Tomorrow may provide more buying opportunities.

Another good article came out today, reaffirming the growth in networking/telecommunications due to the Internet explosion.

TI's had the foresight to position itself exactly where it needs to be to take advantage of these global shifts.
