I believe there will be a record date, which will account for all the shares, prior to handing them out on the spin out.

Now that the PR is out... I'll answer that...

You do not need a prospectus to do the spin out...

If you want a short squeeze... what you need to do is create a situation in which the shorts have to cover their SRSR shorts... in order to avoid risks being imposed on them by the impending need to provide REAL Nio-star shares to SRSR holders who own fake "air shares"...

That risk is reduced... in the degree it is made POSSIBLE for them to provide Nio-star shares without covering their SRSR shorts.

So, the recipe for a prospectus, first, and then a spin out... appears that it is a recipe specifically crafted in order to AVOID a short squeeze in SRSR... by allowing the carrying of the short interest through sleights of hand that would not be possible if Nio-star wasn't being made institutionally trade-able BEFORE the spinout...

If you want a short squeeze that will value SRSR properly in relation to REAL market conditions...
1. spin out...
2. wait for all beneficial SRSR holders to be issued ACTUAL Nio-star shares...
3. proceed to list Nio-star only AFTER the SRSR holders... including those holding shares that were shorted to them... have been provided ACTUAL Nio-star shares...
