While he was at least close, the 47% was from 2009 which was the peak, the rest is hogwash. There certainly are people on SSI who voted for Romney, for example. Despite what he claims.

We have a situation today where half the country lives off the work of the other half.

I have a feeling these numbers are a bio-hazard. Got any proof?
