It reduced air emissions of all toxic chemicals in Calif, compared to the rest of the country.
Did it really? The Prop 65 warnings aren't doing a damn thing, since you see them all over the place.

Anyone who actually cares about them would not be able to step foot in half of the establishments in this state.
