When I talked to Pat Lanzillo (Palco), he stated he was upset at OVIS for putting out the press release two days after he called it off, and that OVIS had linked his websit with theirs without permission.

He also said that he would still sell, but now the price would be going up. And the last details I saw seem to confirm that.
