Re: American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP)

Good to hear.

Added shares to ROTH to complement the shares in the IRA bought last month at an avg price of $9.16/share. I sold all my shares in the taxable account last month at $10.12/share (booked a small loss). I figured it was a better 'value' hold in my tax deferred accounts.

I was looking at their preferred ARCP (6.7%) mentioned here by Grommit. I decided to pass on that and missed the buy at $21.50/share. It traded last at $24.08/share today.

Once they get their new CEO, clean out the old dead wood this REIT should do well. Their properties generate some excellent FCF's that if/when they get their distributions back will start filling up the ROTH & IRA dividend buckets.

Thanks for the dividend update.
