Mike, I think he was, but why not just sue him? Why go after the company? Was it because Zapera worked for the company previously? If the case is Zapera was selling his shares he received for working for OVIS, why is OVIS named? That would be like me getting shares from INTC for work completed. Then I go to sell them to a broker, and then I don't bring them in. Does my broker go after me, for not completing the transaction or INTC for ? That maybe to simple an example, but he I think it works. Rob
