Its my understanding that the 15 point limit applies at anytime during the trading hours. I heard this several times on CNBC. However, I would like a sanity check from the future traders who post on this thread.

you are correct Roger. that was what I was referencing earlier. there set stations those futures stop at, AFTER they open. i wasn't trying to confuse anyone! I believe the stops are 15, 30 , 45...
